Still haven't set your holiday party?
Emerson Group Holiday Party - Free Library Terrace

The Emerson Group, with the help of Norris Sales Party Rentals, staged this 75 person elegant affair on the rooftop terrace of the Philadelphia Free Library.

Norris Party provided a totally enclosed 30x90 frame tent with 2 sets of double glass doors.  Norris provided heating inside the the tent with three 170k ductable direct gas-fired forced-air heater with application for the temporary heating installed outside of the tent and out of view of the guests. The heaters kept the temperature inside the tent at a cozy 70 degrees in the middle of December (Call for details on future use of heating devices on the terrace as the rules are changing). Globe lights eliminated the perimeter of the tent. Entertainment for the party included a 12 person band along with a piano that was delivered to the roof top.

In the case of Emerson, a separate lighting company added interior lighting and the chandelier. Additionally, a recommended catering company set the tables, chairs and decor.
